Ticket Information
Purchase your single tickets or subscriptions with confidence. Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged or donated.
All ticket exchanges must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the concert's start time. Please contact us by phone with your details.
Have tickets you can't use? To convert your ticket into a donation, please email boxoffice@stratfordsummermusic.ca or call 519-271-2101.
Tickets are available to purchase online up to 2 hours before the performance, subject to availability.
Waiting Lists: If a performance is sold out, you can join a waiting list, and we will notify you if tickets become available.
Cancellations: If we are required to cancel performances, we will contact you and full refunds will be issued.
Weather: Our performances at outdoor venues will go forward if it is light rain; we only cancel due to extreme weather. If there is a chance of rain, please be prepared with an umbrella or raincoat.
Ticket prices include 13% HST. Handling fees may be added to the listed price.
Student Pricing is available to select performances – see individual events for details.
Special seating requirements please call our office, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Photography, video or audio recordings are not allowed during performances.
Unless otherwise noted, doors open for all events 30 minutes prior to performance time.
Restaurant Events: Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performance time.
Programming and artists are subject to change.
Ticket Policies
The ticketholder agrees to adhere to any public health regulations mandated by the Province of Ontario, the City of Stratford, or Stratford Summer Music.
The ticketholder acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with attending and participating in the events related to this ticket.
The ticketholder is required to follow the premises' rules and comply with the law.
Unless otherwise authorized by the venue, no alcohol is permitted on the premises of Stratford Summer Music events. Illegal drugs are not allowed on the premises.
The ticketholder consents to a reasonable search to ensure compliance with these regulations.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose presence or behavior is considered objectionable, and the ticketholder has no recourse against management, including for the ticket price.
Late arrivals will not be seated until there is a break in the performance.
The ticketholder understands that they may be photographed and consents to the use of their photo, video, or film likeness for any legitimate purpose by the ticket issuer, event sponsor, or facility owner.
