BEFORE YOU VISIT
You Have Questions, We Have Answers:
Will you be joining Stratford Summer Music for a performance? From details about ticket policies to parking and other details. You can find answers to top questions below.
-
For any issue regarding monetary exchange with TicketScene, please contact TicketScene directly at info@ticketscene.ca or 519-489-4444 (toll free: 888-403-4444). Stratford Summer Music does not manage fund transfers at this time.
-
Receiving tickets is a multi-step process from TicketScene. Please make sure to check all folders, including junk and spam, for email correspondence from TicketScene. A link from the TicketScene website will be emailed to you with instructions to access your tickets.
Log-in through the emailed link, following all prompts, and download the PDF file containing your tickets.
If you have selected the option after check-out to “print now”, the option to download your tickets will be given immediately in a PDF file with the first and last name that you input during checkout. This PDF file will be your tickets.
-
Physical, printed tickets aren’t necessary for admission into a show. If you have lost your printed tickets, provide your name to the Box Office staff, and they will find your associated seat.
Please note: if multiple tickets are purchased under one name, only the ticket buyer’s name will be necessary for admission. For example, if 6 tickets are purchased by John Smith, all tickets will be under the name John Smith, regardless of who is attending the concert.
Tickets are also accepted via mobile device.
-
Per our Stratford Summer Music Ticket Policy [link to ticket policies page], tickets unable to be claimed may be exchanged for a different event or donated back to the event itself.
Donated tickets are eligible for a tax receipt. Refunds are not issued for events that are not cancelled.
Although rare, a favorite tradition of long-time Stratford Summer Music patrons is to have Box Office staff hold sold but unclaimed tickets at the door, as a gift of goodwill to new patrons. The number and availability of these tickets are not public and are distributed exclusively on a first-come-first-served basis after doors open.
-
After a show has been cancelled by Stratford Summer Music, all members on the event guest list will be emailed and/or called regarding their options:
Refund: the only time refunds will be offered from Stratford Summer Music events are in the case of artist cancellations.
Exchange: the dollar amount of the tickets may be transferred to a different event by the end of the year.
Donate: the dollar amount of the tickets may be converted into a donation to Stratford Summer Music.
-
Please contact TicketScene directly at info@ticketscene.com for upgrading or changing seats to a configuration of a higher or lower dollar value. For ease of process, share both the order confirmation number found on your receipt as well as your full name.
For exchanges to seat(s) of the same monetary value, contact our Box Office staff at info@stratfordsummermusic.ca.
-
For reservations before shows, please contact the hosting venue directly.
Please note that the seats for the reservation will be the same as the seats you have purchased for the venue – for example, if you have purchased bar seats at Revival House, your reservation will be at the bar, not at a table.
-
Yes, for shows that are not listed as “sold-out”, tickets are available at the door.
